RETURNS/REFUNDS

We are happy to provide you with a no-quibble refund for the item value or exchange the item for another of your liking to the same value within 14 days of the purchase date. The cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer except for an incorrect or faulty product has been received.

We cannot refund any facemasks once worn and  returned goods must be returned in original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

100% of proceeds from the sale of any product goes directly to The Butterfly AVM Charity.
